Brian, was very helpful and professional. As a new buyer, I did not know the process of buying a home; however, Brian was there to support me with this new process, and he got me a great deal on my new home.

Brian treated us very well! He was super-responsive (for example: looking at houses the same or next day as I asked, and sending quick videos from his walk-through). He worked with us and the seller’s agent to reach a deal in just a few days, even though there were some major findings during the inspection which could have easily derailed our deal.

Being an out of state investor is can be difficult to find a realtor who is trust worthy and willing to put in the extra effort. Brian was both those and more to us. He truly listened to find what we were looking for in an investment property, he walked through multiple properties for us with a keen eye, provided valuable information regarding neighborhoods, schools, etc. Delivered prompt communication, and helped us when feeling stressed with his level head and great sense of humor. Brian was fantastic to work with. I did a lot of research to find someone with experience working with investors as I was buying from out of state. There are several facets to working with Brian that makes him an invaluable partner 1. He is extremely responsive. In calls and texts he always gets back to you within a matter of minutes, even when he’s doing something else. He’s a great multi tasker. 2. He is very sharp. He picks up on the nuances of what you’re looking for and the the nuances about a home or neighborhood and translates that info to you fast so you can make a decision. 3. He has good knowledge about home repair issues. He can give you insight into what types of issues to look out for, a ballpark figure on how much certain repairs would cost. This helps you make better decisions, faster, with respect to whether you make an offer and if so, for how much. 4. He is not pushy. Brian consults his buyers but ultimately gives his buyers the room to make their decisions.
